Abstract Practices contemplating the Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition process are confronted with an arduous task. Perhaps the most palpable constraints are time management combined with staff allocation decisions. Outside consultants can be expensive and disruptive to practice flow. Collaborating with a local college or university's healthcare management or other health career students might be one answer. This article will explore that option.
